What does the "+" mean in "30+ Years of Hockey
Excellence"?

1974-75 Club Team
For three years before UNH women's hockey team earned varsity
status in 1977, there was a club team of devout hockey enthusiasts
who proudly skated with the UNH logo across their jerseys.
They played other fledgling programs like Brown and Providence.
Although these players are not officially recognized as members of
the University of New Hampshire's women's hockey program, it is
because of their dedication and commitment that program is what it
is today.
The "+" is the Friends group's way of honor those hockey pioneers.
